Introduced by Representative Lamar Smith, H.R. 3261 would allow the Attorney General to seek injunctions against foreign websites that steal and sell American products. It would also increase criminal penalties for individuals who traffic in counterfeit medicine and military goods. It was referred to the House Judiciary Committee. I will be sure to keep your thoughts in mind should this legislation come before the full House of Representatives.
